Salaryman: The 9-to-5 Super Hero

Last year, I entered the Shonen Jump Manga Competition.

I didn't win.

The winning entries were pretty good, so I wasn't too upset. But it's still a defeat nevertheless.

Today is Free Comic Book Day. In the spirit of Free Comic Book Day, I'm posting my entry for the Jump competition right here on this page for free. It was a hellish three weeks drawing it all and I didn't win any prizes but it was a piece I'm still proud of.  I hope you all will like it.

Free Comic Book Day 2012

Today is Free Comic Book Day. Go to your local comic shop and pick up some free books. And while you're at it, actually buy some. A good comic shop is rare nowadays, so do take care of them with your patronage.

Free Comic Book Day is tomorrow! I'll be leaving copies of this above flier at some local comic and hobby shops around the South Atlanta metropolitan area. Go to your local comic book store and pick up some free comics (and this flier) and support your shops by buying some books as well! It's the American thing to do!
